Rich focuses his practice on all aspects of construction and real estate development. Over the last twenty-plus years Rich has testified on behalf of the industry before the House Ways & Means Committee, Senate Finance Committee, House Committee on Small Business, House Committe on Education and Labor, and IRS & Treasury Department.
He is a four time winner of the South Florida Business Journal Awards for CPAs in the Construction, Real Estate and Tax Categories. Rich holds national leadership roles in construction related associations. He is a founding member of the Florida Council for Public Private Partnerships.
